Senior Financial Analyst Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processes, oversee accuracy and approve calculations after relevant verification and reconciliation of payroll data.
  • Supervise the disbursement of salaries and manage relationships with banking partners as an approver.
  • Lead audits of financial statements, sales and operational expenses.
  • Verify and check the audit report prepared by the team for final review and approval of management.
  • Oversee cost analysis and pricing strategies for high-value tenders to achieve maximum scores.
  • Allocate resources efficiently and oversee inventory processes.
  • Review and finalize management information reports providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise and review monthly submissions ensuring compliance with UK office requirements.
  • Provide advanced financial analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Train team members to act as backups for critical responsibilities.
  • Supervise and mentor team on payroll processes resolving escalated issues.
