  • To manage the efficient flow of inbound and outbound operations at a distribution center, ensuring day-to-day business runs smoothly.

A Day in the Life

">
  • Ensure optimal staff utilization during shifts, along with maximizing use of material handling equipment (MHEs).
  • Coordinate with transportation teams to maintain efficiency and prevent halting.
  • E nsure First Entry First Out (FEFO) / status control while loading.
  • Provide empty pallet supply to production and take corrective action for any shortage before time.
  • Ensure traceability of finished goods data as and when required.
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures across all operations.
  • Implement Good Warehouse Practices & The Nestlé Food Safety Management System in the Distribution Center.
  • Follow safety & environment responsibilities by ensuring implementation.
  • Adhere to company rules & regulations.
  • Accept additional duties and tasks beyond initial assignments.

About You

">
  • MBA or BE with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives with successful projects in place.
  • Ability to work with diverse and cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and SAP 'MH Modules'.
