Operations Director

The Warehouse Operations Leader will oversee the efficient movement of goods in and out of our Sheikhupura Factory, ensuring seamless distribution of products to our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of warehouse staff, utilizing their expertise to optimize labor and material handling equipment (MHE) utilization.

To ensure effective transportation coordination, the Warehouse Operations Leader will work closely with transport representatives to maintain optimal vehicle availability and efficiency. Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing First Entry First Out (FEFO) / status control during loading/offloading operations and ensuring timely empty pallet supply to production.

Furthermore, this leader will provide accurate traceability of raw materials/finished goods data as required, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, and implement Good Warehouse Practices & The Nestlé Food Safety Management System in warehousing operations. They will also prioritize safety and environmental responsibilities by enforcing strict compliance with company rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• BE/MBA degree with at least 2 years of prior experience in Distribution/R&P Warehousing Operations in Supply Chain
• Knowledge of MS Office, strong communication, presentation skills, and SAP
