Accounts Automated is looking for an experienced Bookkeeping Specialist to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of bookkeeping principles and be able to maintain accurate financial records.

Job Description
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
  • Develop and implement financial processes to improve efficiency

The successful candidate will have outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • ACCA Finalist/Qualified, MBA, BSc/MSc in Finance & Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of financial software, including XERO
