We're seeking a seasoned B2B marketing specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute high-performing email campaigns that capture attention, build engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign processes from domain warm-up and copywriting to scheduling, follow-ups, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Instantly.ai, Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
  • BUILD high-quality, verified email lists tailored to the ideal client profile using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io.
  • Manage multi-step prospecting flows through Dripify and engage ideal prospects per month; drive partner outreach on LinkedIn to identify resellers and open new sales channels.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, repurpose podcasts into snippets, collaborate with customers to build case studies, produce short video content for social media, and plan/optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Coordinate podcast campaigns, including scheduling, guest communication, and light preparation; turn episodes into content assets for outreach and positioning.
  • Maintain clean CRM and campaign trackers; provide weekly performance reports on outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or lead generation.
  • Experience using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Dripify; knowledge of HubSpot CRM for pipeline management.
  • Strong written English and excellent communication skills, with direct coordination with clients.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
