Overview of Role

As a seasoned professional in digital marketing, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Pay-Per-Click advertising strategy across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms to ensure maximum ROI on our PPC campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms for our services, creating and managing ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign structure to maximize lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to optimize conversion rates and reduce cost-per-click (CPC).
  • Manage bid strategies and budgets to ensure campaigns remain within target KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in PPC and SEM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on new platforms or strategies to expand reach.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / SEM campaign management, with a strong focus on B2B services.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in marketing Accounting or Bookkeeping services to the US market will be a plus.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant PPC tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report to senior management.
  • Certifications: Google Ads certification and other relevant SEM certifications are a must.
