We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Development Support Specialist to join our team. This dynamic role will play a key part in driving business growth by assisting the Business Development team with various tasks, including market research, customer liaison, document management, and other related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring competitor activities and compiling comprehensive market analysis reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential customers to facilitate business expansion.
  • Ensure data accuracy by preparing high-quality business development-related documents and reports.
  • Support the team in organizing and filing contracts, agreements, and other vital documents.
  • Cultivate seamless internal communication between the Business Development team and other departments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on task execution to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including travel arrangements and expense reimbursement.
