Job Description:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
  2. Evaluate installation and operations to ensure conformity with standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
  3. Establish construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing detailed calculations.
  4. Direct or coordinate installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.
  5. Operate computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment to perform a wide range of engineering tasks.
  6. Collaborate with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
  7. Compile data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
  8. Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
  9. Estimate material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
  10. Supervise or train project team members.
  11. Maintain electrical equipment.
  12. Work with a variety of technicians.
  13. Conduct on-site assessments to determine client security needs and propose suitable solutions.
  14. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of security systems.
  15. Perform system integration and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
  16. Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users on security system operation and maintenance.
  17. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in security system technologies.
  18. Regularly inspect and maintain installed systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
  19. Prepare detailed documentation, including installation plans, system configurations, and maintenance records.
  20. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities and project planning.
