Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Infrastructure Expert to join our team as an IMS Core Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom infrastructure and extensive experience with SIP call processing and supplementary services.

The IMS Core Specialist will be responsible for planning, designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud core network elements, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting, and high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Designing: Develop HLD and LLD documents for cloud core network elements.
  2. Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy and maintain cloud core network elements, including equipment commissioning and debugging.
  3. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support for IMS core projects.
  4. Technical Communication: Provide technical communication and training to on-site maintenance engineers and customer engineers.

Routine Actions:

  1. Support IMS Core Entities: Support projects of vIMS Core entities, including P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS (ATS), BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF, and VoLTE.
  2. Technical Communication: Ensure smooth delivery of IMS Core related projects by providing technical communication and clarifying with operators.
  3. Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of IMS Core projects.
  4. Security Framework Compliance: Ensure compliance with internet security frameworks like ISO 2000.
  5. Global Support: Provide support according to project requirements based on different time zones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in ECE/Computer Science (IT)/Computer Science or related fields.
  • Extensive experience with SIP call processing and SIP supplementary services.
  • In-depth understanding of telecom protocols and technologies, including SIP, SDP, H.248, MGCP, DIAMETER, TCP, IPSEC, IP protocols, and Session Border Controller, NAT, Firewall, Authentication Encryption, and L2 Layer switches.
  • Experience with IMS interworking entities, including P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS (ATS), BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF, and interfaces.
  • Cloud SAAS, IAAS, and PAAS basic knowledge.
