The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading the company's online marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and analytical capabilities to oversee the planning, execution and optimization of digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, social media, email and content marketing.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing proposals for stakeholders.
  • Presentation Design: Design professional PowerPoint presentations to support proposals and campaign results.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO Tools and CRM.
  • Advanced skills in presentation tools, such as PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, Designing, Web Development and Analytics Platforms.
  • Excellent English communication and storytelling skills.
  • Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively.
