Design Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced Design Consultant to lead our kitchen, door, and wardrobe design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire customer experience, including measurements, 3D design creation, proposal finalization, installation supervision, and post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet assigned sales targets by managing the KDW opportunity matrix, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining strong relationships with architects and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, and address client complaints effectively.
  • Ensure timely tracking of client payments, coordinate with SCM for product deliveries, and resolve any delays or partial delivery issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in same industry or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Knowledge of kitchen, doors and wardrobe materials, designs and market trends.
  • Proficiency in design software like CAD, Sketchup etc.
