Job Title: Sales Performance Specialist

Digital services and software development companies require high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will work closely with the pre-sales and lead generation team to convert qualified leads into long-term clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client pain points and present tailored digital and software solutions to address their needs.
  • Deliver persuasive product/service demos and confidently handle objections to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Drive the negotiation process, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to boost retention and referrals, resulting in increased business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the company's growth in the US market by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer or similar role, preferably in the tech or software services market, with a focus on US-based clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet sales targets and achieve goals.
Additional Requirements:
  • Prior exposure to outbound or consultative sales models to leverage your existing knowledge and skills.
