Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our AI Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in AI engineering, with experience in agent-based systems, scalable AI-driven workflows, and integration projects. They possess hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
  • Assist the product manager in creating technical and design specifications, ensure alignment with product goals and user needs, and contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, integration, automation experience, and solution architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

They will also be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and contribute valuable insights and expertise in all phases of product development.
