Salary Range: 200,000 PKR to 230,000 PKR (based on experience)

Job Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

Primo Capital Software House is in search of a Senior PPC Manager & Social Media Expert who possesses exceptional skills in both disciplines. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of PPC management, social media platforms, and related tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve marketing goals and maximize ROI.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign planning.
• Oversee the creation of compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to identify high-performing ad variations and continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure resource allocation aligns with objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest features, algorithms, and best practices related to PPC and social media advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to ensure ad content aligns with overall brand messaging.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and recommending improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media ads.
• Proficiency in ad management tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven track record of successful ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize ad performance.
• In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
• Exceptional creativity for developing compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving measurable results and meeting campaign objectives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
