Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics that captivate our audience
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Liaising between the marketing and design teams to guarantee seamless collaboration and meet deadlines
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Developing expertise in logo design, from concept doodling to finalizing logos in Illustrator
  • Closely working with Creative leadership to push the boundaries of what we do in translation and localization
  • Leading and/or designing traditional corporate collateral assets, including but not limited to logos, adverts, banners, backdrops, brochures, leaflets, etc.
  • Familiarity with UX and UI basics is essential for success in this role
  • Maintaining consistency in our visual identity across all designs
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions
  • Effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines
  • Staying updated on design trends, industry best practices, and tools to adapt to new technologies and design software
  • Incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conceptualizing and producing engaging layouts, infographics, charts, and visuals for comprehensive PDF reports

Requirements & Skills:

  • A deep understanding of typography, visual theory, color theory, and composition is crucial
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw) is required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for success
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential
  • Experience with data visualization or creating complex reports (charts, graphs, infographics) is highly desirable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Computer Sciences, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience is preferred
