Learning Management System Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of our Learning Management System (LMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to delivery and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, and coordinators to achieve project objectives.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration with stakeholders, including executive management, systems teams, and other departments.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest project management techniques and apply them to develop, execute, and improve the LMS.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience: Two years of hands-on experience in developing web applications using modern web technologies.
- Advanced Learning Technologies: One year of experience in implementing advanced learning technologies.
- Academic Environment: One year of experience working in an academic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate team members.
