Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the overall training and development strategy, overseeing the design and development of vocational and academic training programs, and ensuring that all training content meets accreditation standards and educational quality benchmarks.

  • Develop and implement the overall training and development strategy aligned with our growth in the academic education sector
  • Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of vocational and academic training programs to meet industry needs and regulatory standards
  • Ensure that all training content and delivery methods meet accreditation standards and educational quality benchmarks

A bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Human Resource Development, Curriculum Design, or a related field is required, as well as minimum 8 years of experience in training and development within vocational or academic institutions. Deep understanding of competency-based education, instructional design, and adult learning principles is also essential.
