About this RoleThis role involves developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees in a timely and efficient manner.
- Employee Relations and Performance Management: Foster a positive work environment by overseeing employee relations, performance management, and training programs that promote growth and development.
- Compliance and Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to management on HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws and regulations.
- HRIS and Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data using HRIS systems and MS Office tools to ensure seamless information flow.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Lead or similar role in the Accounting industry is essential.
- Skills: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives, strong knowledge of HR functions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a remote environment, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office are necessary.
