Sales and Marketing Coordinator Job

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing our NDT services to various companies in Saudi Arabia and achieving targets.

">

The ideal candidate will perform independently the quotation process based on daily, hourly, and project lump-sum basis for the entire company NDT services. This will involve market research and analysis to ensure that our quotes meet the needs of our clients.

">

In addition, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will maintain accurate records of client interactions, including quotations, sales reports, and marketing leads. They will also report regularly to the Department Manager on performance and upcoming schedules.

Skills and Qualifications:

">

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

">

You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential.

">

A minimum of six years of experience in marketing/sales is required, with at least four years in Saudi Arabian NDT markets. A Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field is also preferred.

You must have excellent computer skills, commercial awareness, financial awareness, and market knowledge. You should also have good problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities:

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

">

Find and introduce our NDT services to various companies in Saudi Arabia and achieve the targets.

">

Perform independently the quotation based on daily, hourly, and project lump-sum basis for the entire company NDT services.

">

Maintenance of quotation log/system & follow-up.

">

Make visits to clients to develop and maintain good relations with client representatives.

">

Ensure all marketing leads/reports are logged, kept updated, and distributed as necessary.

">

Collate quarterly marketing figures for distribution to the organization.

">

Establish new leads and follow up accordingly.

">

Report regularly on a monthly basis to the Department Manager regarding performance & upcoming schedules and planning.

">
