This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced sales professional who wants to make a real impact. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective team management. You will develop and implement annual unit and gross-profit plans, establish and adjust sales quotas, and design and implement field sales action plans to drive national sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual plans to drive business growth.
  2. Sales Objectives: Establish and adjust sales quotas for regions and territories.
  3. National Sales Programs: Design and implement field sales action plans to drive national sales initiatives.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor supply and demand, economic indicators, and competitor activity.
  5. Pricing Strategy: Establish and adjust selling prices based on cost monitoring, competition analysis, and market trends.
  6. Business Development: Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote business opportunities.
  7. Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with consultants, contractors, wholesalers, and manufacturers to drive sales.
  8. Team Management: Assist in sales and marketing planning, strategies, and campaigns, while managing the sales team and completing sales cycles.
  9. Customer Retention: Maintain existing customer relationships and pursue new prospects to meet sales targets.
Qualifications:

Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in computer software operating skills.

Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in sales of tiles and ceramics in the local market.
