Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order processing lifecycle within the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Manage transportation and customs clearance processes to minimize delays and costs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and Procurement Management to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Create weekly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Hold a graduation degree in a relevant field.
  • possess excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Have a quick grasp of complex information and networked thinking.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and have knowledge of WMS systems an advantage.
  • Fluently speak English, with additional foreign languages being a plus especially German.
