Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing and a proven track record in leading teams.

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, encompassing planning, procurement, production coordination, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, enhancing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure timely resource availability and finished goods delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure quality, timely procurements while optimizing sourcing costs.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy through effective systems and audits, minimizing losses and ensuring traceability.
  • Optimize logistics and distribution operations for timely, cost-efficient delivery and improved customer service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for import/export, safety, and documentation across all supply chain activities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to foster ownership, accountability, and high performance across all areas.
  • Presents operational reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.
