As a key member of the project management and project team, you will be responsible for overseeing project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and production supervision efforts. Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Project technical drawings review, Single Line Diagrams SLDs, and costing sheets from Estimation and Sales teams.
  • Detailed handover meetings with Estimation and Sales teams for project scope and cost structure clarity.
  • Collaboration with Design team to ensure project design meets approved budget and scope.
  • Development and submission of project schedules to clients according to contractual timelines.
  • Design document validation and coordination with clients for approval, submission, and variation.
  • Incorporation of client comments and feedback into project design through collaboration with Design team.
  • Verification of procured components alignment with approved designs and client expectations.
  • Management of alternative and design changes through Supply Chain team coordination.
  • Liaison with Planning team for accurate scheduling and effective project control measures.
  • Close collaboration with Production team and external vendors to resolve production-related issues affecting project delivery.
  • Scheduling and coordination of Factory Acceptance Tests FAT with clients.
  • Addressing and communicating client comments and observations during inspections.
  • Management of project delivery logistics for timely delivery according to client expectations.
  • Support to clients during installation and commissioning, and addressing related issues or after-sales service requirements.
  • Follow-up with clients for payments and timely collection of receivables.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Leading the project team to meet defined milestones and ensuring successful execution.
  • Maintenance of comprehensive project documentation and records.
