We are looking for an innovative UI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces that are both visually appealing and functionally robust. Your primary duties will include conceptualizing creative ideas for client websites, collaborating with our web development team to ensure a seamless implementation, and possessing exceptional visual design skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative ideas with clients to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  2. Test and refine UI designs to ensure they meet high standards and deliver results.
  3. Establish design guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across all projects and promote brand identity.
  4. Maintain the appearance of UI components by enforcing content standards and ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  5. Create visual imagery for UI components that reflects clients' branding and promotes recognition.
  6. Work with different content management systems to integrate effective solutions and improve UI performance.
  7. Present design concepts using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes to effectively communicate ideas.
  8. Incorporate functional features into UI components to enhance user engagement and interaction.
  9. Design sample UI components, including colors and fonts, to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  10. Develop design plans and present UI structures to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Degree in a related field, such as graphic design or digital media.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  3. Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  4. Familiarity with content management systems and their applications.
  5. Understanding of search engine optimization principles and their impact on website visibility.
  6. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to address them.
  7. Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail.
  8. Up-to-date knowledge of international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
  9. Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
