We are looking for a Tech Lead Front-End to join our team In this role, you will primarily work as a Front-End Engineer on a key project, while also taking on additional leadership responsibilities to drive frontend excellence across the company.

Tech Stack: Typescript, Next.js, Material UI, React-query, React-hook-form

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript experience;
  • Experience working with Next.js;
  • Experience with Material UI or Ant-design;
  • Upper-intermediate+ English level.

Responsibilities:

  • Improving development quality & performance - optimizing code, processes, and best practices.
  • Driving frontend strategy - shaping and evolving frontend approaches.
  • Pre-sale estimation - evaluating new projects and estimating efforts.
  • Exploring new AI tools - ability to adapt to new technologies, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
