Lead WordPress Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress developer to lead our projects and mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of WordPress, a passion for building custom websites, and strong technical skills.

The role involves shaping the technical direction of projects, collaborating with designers and project managers, and ensuring the successful implementation of ideas. The responsibilities include designing and developing custom themes and plugins from scratch, transforming designs into responsive, fast, and user-friendly websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, SEO, and mobile friendliness, integrating tools and services such as CRMs, payment gateways, or APIs, reviewing code, providing feedback, and guiding junior developers, troubleshooting issues and implementing scalable solutions, and staying up-to-date with the latest WordPress tools, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills
  • Modern JavaScript Frameworks: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Vue.
  • Headless WordPress or REST APIs: Knowledge of headless WordPress or REST APIs.
  • Deployment Tools: Familiarity with deployment tools like Docker or CI/CD.
  • Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source projects like WordPress itself.
