Business Development Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Sperton Global AS.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand our footprint across industries.
  5. Conduct market analysis and provide insights to align product offerings with market demands.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  7. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

Requirements:

  1. At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong expertise in PU and water-based chemical solutions for paints, paper, and construction sectors.
  3. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. In-depth understanding of market trends and demand analysis.
  6. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster long-term business relationships.
