Job Role:
You will play a key role in providing administrative and operational support to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client services in a virtual environment.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Communication Management: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in coordinating virtual meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on diverse topics as assigned, providing relevant information to decision making.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Customer Complaint Analysis: Analyze customer complaints, identify underlying issues, and recommend effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Price Quotes: Prepare and offer price quotes to clients' customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and service offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for individuals with a 4-Year Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Entry-level or minimal experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for sales, is also desirable. Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to manage multiple tasks are preferred. A willingness to learn is essential.
