Job Title: Senior QA Engineer
A senior quality assurance engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions to resolve any issues that may arise during the testing process.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  3. Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain and improve existing testing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
