Excellence Manager

  • Packing and processing product packaging for shipment.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of merchandise for quality standards.
  • Maintaining stockroom organization and ensuring merchandise meets brand requirements.
  • Proficiency in internal inventory management systems.
  • Diagnosing product fit issues and defects while collaborating with artisans and manufacturers.
  • Developing and sharing expert product knowledge to deliver high-quality products.
  • Communicating product feedback to offshore teams.
  • Collaborating with the offshore team to process and manage inventory.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, diplomacy, and ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
