Global Rewards Strategist Job

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Rewards Strategist to join our team in Middle East.

This role will be responsible for driving the implementation of global processes and geographical programs/initiatives aligned with global framework, as well as managing effective and fair reward and recognition policies, work instructions, processes and systems aligned with market and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement global processes and geographical programs/initiatives aligned with global framework.
  • Partner with stakeholders and support business needs through consultation and lead the implementation of our global processes and pay philosophy in the geography.
  • Design, implement and manage local total rewards packages including benchmark and benefit design.
  • Drive country level governance and compliance by ensuring that all Total Reward results have applicable instructions, frameworks, processes and governance.
  • Provide proactive Total Rewards thought leadership to business leaders via external and internal market data, trends and insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or finance is required. A Master of Business degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of Total Rewards experience.
  • Proven experience and demonstrated performance in a similar role supporting multiple markets and geographies.
  • Previous experience in either Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi or United Arab Emirates is required.
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data, ability to prioritize and follow through on requests.
  • Global mindset and ability to make things happen in a matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or French is a plus.
  • Project Management Skills and Financial Acumen are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Total Rewards applications.
