Truck Dispatch Sales Representative Role

This is a full-time on-site position based in Lahore for a Sales Representative responsible for selling truck dispatch services across the US and Canada.

The role requires interacting with potential customers, generating leads, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proven sales experience in truck dispatching or logistics.

You will also need to generate and follow up on leads, possess strong negotiation and contract management skills, and have proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports.

Familiarity with US & Canada trucking regulations and market trends is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the dispatch team and other departments.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, and proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is necessary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Negotiating contracts and resolving issues
  • Preparing and analyzing sales reports
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings
