As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns. Your goal will be to drive results by executing high-impact strategies, directly contributing to brand growth, and building strong client relationships.
About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site position for an Amazon PPC Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You will conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and ASIN targeting. Regularly auditing campaigns to identify inefficiencies and reducing wasted ad spend will be crucial in this role. You will implement advanced strategies such as keyword isolation, dayparting, bid automation, and ranking campaigns. Monitoring and optimizing KPIs including ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS will also be essential. Additionally, you will run A/B tests on creatives and targeting approaches to improve ad performance. Collaborating with account managers, listing optimizers, and creative teams to ensure holistic conversion funnel alignment will be vital in achieving overall account success. Creating and presenting weekly/monthly reports with insights and data-backed recommendations will be necessary to showcase campaign performance. Staying updated on Amazon Advertising trends and beta features will provide you with a competitive edge in driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console and third-party PPC tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, datadive, Scale insights, sellerboard)
- Ability to manage multiple ASINs/brands across marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
- Solid understanding of ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and other key PPC metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement
- Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset
