Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through effective business development strategies on Upwork and Fiverr.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-potential projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Develop compelling proposals to attract clients and differentiate ourselves from competitors.
  • Generate leads and convert them into loyal clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Drive project acquisition and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in online business development, preferably on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to craft clear, persuasive proposals that showcase expertise and value.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.

Shift: Flexible scheduling for morning and night shifts available.
Job Type: Full-time
