Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Expert to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an ISO 22301-compliant Business Continuity Management System.
  • Ensure business continuity processes align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Perform business impact analysis to identify critical resources and determine maximum tolerable downtime, recovery time objective, and recovery point objective.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, procedures, and documentation.
  • Regularly review and update continuity measures to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Establish and manage incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery frameworks.
  • Coordinate regular drills and exercises to test continuity and response plans.
  • Analyze test results and incidents to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business continuity management, risk management, or a related field.
  • Certification in business continuity management (e.g., CBCP - Certified Business Continuity Professional) is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing business continuity plans within an ISO 22301 framework.
  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage complex processes and projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to business continuity.
