Business Continuity Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Continuity Management program and ensure seamless continuity of business operations in the face of disruptions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement BCM policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with ISO 22301 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact business operations.
- Design and implement business continuity plans, including incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on business continuity principles and their roles in maintaining business continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Continuity Management (e.g., CBCP - Certified Business Continuity Professional) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BCM or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to business continuity.
