Job Title: Supply Chain Director

This is a mid-senior level management position in the supply chain department, reporting to the head of operations.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled supply chain manager to oversee our company's supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and minimizing costs.

About The Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

The responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing procurement activities, overseeing inventory management, and monitoring supply chain performance metrics for improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  2. Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection and negotiation.
  3. Oversee inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing excess.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics for improvements.
  5. Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales departments to align goals.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  7. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
