Computer Network Administrator

This is a key position that requires a highly skilled and experienced network administrator to maintain our GSC production network.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Cisco, Juniper or Huawei equipment and technologies, as well as experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the GSC production network, including user access areas, data centers, and connectivity to multiple customers.
- Support remote access to customer sites, providing connectivity proposals, explanations, and implementations, as well as ensuring reachability and stability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage daily switch port and firewall policy requirements, perform network health checks, and participate in emergency planning and drills.
- Maintain documentation related to the network, including IP address lists, CMDB, and connectivity information for each remote access project.
- Diagnostics and resolve technical hardware and software issues assigned to them.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts.
- Identify and prioritize situations requiring urgent attention.
- Track and route problems and requests, documenting resolutions.
- Maintain excellent communication with end-users and other technology department members.
- Provide technical assistance to clients, including installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
