Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide top-notch customer service and sales support to customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations
  • Identify and address customer needs and concerns, providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, applying this expertise to deliver value-added services to customers
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns, informing strategic decisions and improving overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • A strong problem-solving skillset, combined with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth
