Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Karachi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales , developing sales strategies, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations. Tasks include setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales management skills, including team management and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
  • Experience in the energy and electrification sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site / remote in Karachi
  • Have 5-7 years of experience in LV / MV Switchgear & project sales
