Job Overview

As a digital marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • You will oversee all aspects of our marketing operations, identifying target audiences and crafting engaging digital campaigns.
  • Key responsibilities include planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • You will design, build, and maintain our social media presence, brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Evaluate key metrics affecting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage different digital marketing channels, measure ROI and KPIs, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Create strategies to increase online traffic to the organization's website and prepare and manage digital marketing budgets.
  • Oversee all company social media accounts, measuring and managing online content.
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 1 year (2-3 years of experience in marketing in a relevant field).
