Future-Focused Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Production Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production facilities, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve shift-wise production targets by managing product quality and quantity, controlling losses, and preparing daily reports.
  • Coordinate with Shift Chemists to identify in-process non-conformances, maintain separate product grades, and ensure accurate weighing scale operations.
  • Regularly inspect process equipment, perform maintenance tasks, and collaborate with Shift Engineers for shutdowns and plant operations during load shedding.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance processes, adopt innovative approaches, and improve working methods through technological advancements.
  • Ensure worker safety, product integrity, and equipment well-being while adhering to strict safety protocols and performing duties with work permits.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with 1+ years of experience.
  • Manufacturing literacy and knowledge of instrumentation and DCS/SLC operation.
  • Experience in labor handling, plant troubleshooting, and controlling, as well as GMP/HACCP procedures.
  • A solid understanding of safety and environmental considerations.
