Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Junior Production Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemical Engineering and possess strong manufacturing literacy.


About the Role

This position reports directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for ensuring shift-wise production targets are met in terms of quality and quantity. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with Shift Chemists to identify in-process non-conformances and ensure product grades are kept separate.


Responsibilities:
  • Achieve shift-wise production targets regarding both quality and quantity.
  • Coordinate with Shift Chemists to identify in-process non-conformances.
  • Maintain process equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Ensure deliverables related to operating, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Ensure safety of product, process equipment, and workers during shift.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold a B.Sc/B.E in Chemical Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting. Additionally, they must possess knowledge about instrumentation and DCS/SLC operation.
