Job Title: Examination Management Specialist

As an Examination Management Specialist, you will oversee the planning and administration of all examinations conducted by our institution. This includes midterm exams, final exams, and other assessments.

This role ensures compliance with academic regulations and accreditation standards related to examination procedures and grading practices.

The successful candidate will manage the implementation and maintenance of examination management systems, including exam scheduling software, student registration systems, and online assessment platforms.

They will coordinate the process of question paper setting, review, and approval to ensure the quality, relevance, and fairness of examination questions.

Additionally, they will supervise exam invigilation, seating arrangements, and security protocols to prevent cheating and maintain the integrity of the examination process.

Their responsibilities also include overseeing the timely and accurate processing of examination results, including data entry, verification, and generation of transcripts and grade reports.

Furthermore, they will ensure accurate calculation of grades, GPA, and class rankings in accordance with established grading policies and academic regulations.

Maintaining comprehensive records of examination results, student transcripts, and other relevant documents is also a key responsibility of this role.

Strong support and guidance to students regarding examination procedures, academic regulations, and related matters are expected from the successful candidate.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • High-ranking retired personnel from Army, DMG & Police Group are welcome to apply.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in examination management or academic administration, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Strong understanding of examination policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
