Performance Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Optimization: Develop, launch, and continuously refine Google Search PPC campaigns to drive qualified leads.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Implement and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console. Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and refine targeting, keywords, and ads for maximum ROI.
  • Multi-Channel Growth Strategy: Run targeted Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to diversify traffic sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Search.
  • Expert-level proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience implementing call-tracking platforms such as CallRail or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast spend, and achieve key performance indicators.
