Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork that align with our organization's expertise and service offerings.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to each project, highlighting our organization's strengths and capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and to clarify any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and our agency.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to project hunting and bidding, consistently seeking out new opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth handover and execution once a project is awarded.
Job Specification
  • 1 year of experience, with a proven experience as a successful bidder on Upwork, with a strong track record of winning digital marketing projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate our organisation's value proposition effectively.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
