Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and building strong relationships with them.

About the Role

You will be the primary point of contact for a small number of customers, and your goal will be to build trust and confidence in our company by providing personalized support and expert advice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, and issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness, and overall customer experience.
  • Work in close collaboration with other teams to receive, manage and expeditiously resolve escalations from customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Customer Support, and technical support
  • Excellent customer communication skills in a variety of forms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage critical and complex issues in high-pressure environments
