The Lead Process Audit is responsible for executing the master audit plan, ensuring timely completion and preparing actionable reports.

Key responsibilities include conducting progress meetings, addressing ongoing challenges and recommending solutions for process improvement.

• Develop and administer the master audit plan to ensure effective and timely execution.
• Conduct surprise, periodic, and IT/MIS audits, compiling detailed findings and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying performance gaps and collaborating with leadership to create action plans.
• Perform documentation and financial audits, presenting comprehensive reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate with departments to set budgets based on financial audits of assets and processes.
• Ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
• Support talent acquisition, training, development, and performance evaluation of the audit team.
