Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Create and send invoices to clients, following up on any necessary paperwork.
  • Re-check numerical errors and work on payroll rates, actual and scheduled hours, calculate errors, identify, and fix underpayment or overpayment and generate payroll forecasting.
  • Assist in maintaining records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes.
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding timesheet and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates/Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
