Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to align resourcing, timelines, and priorities with client expectations.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and strategic business reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing international (especially US-based) clients.
